Who should apply? We have help for senior citizens, people with lower incomes, and people who have experienced special hardships.

How to get your application:
FIRST: You’ll need your 9-digit water access code from the top of any recent water bill.
THEN: visit phila.gov/water-bill-help, or call 215-685-6300

You can apply online, by mail, or in-person at neighborhood energy centers and other sites.
